Matthew Adamo

Director

With an inclusive and partnership-oriented approach, Matthew has been instrumental in shaping the values and organisational DNA that define Tribeca today.

A seasoned leader, he has held executive and Board-level roles in a range of organisations from medium-sized enterprises to large multinationals.

Matthew has a long-standing connection with the property development and construction industries which continues with Tribeca.

Having led across a diverse range of industries and cultures, in both domestic and international markets, Matthew he has been able to leverage best-in-class practices to develop a strategic and operational framework as the foundation for Tribeca’s continued success.

Danny Abouhaidar

Director

Danny brings extensive experience across the Australian property and construction industry, with a career spanning the full development lifecycle.

He has been actively involved in all facets of residential development and construction, including strategic site acquisition, development approvals, dwelling and master-planning design, and end-to-end construction management.

As a founder of Tribeca, Danny has been instrumental in shaping the business since its establishment in 2007. He has led Tribeca’s growth with a clear focus on delivering high-quality, well-located housing and land solutions, underpinned by strong market insight, disciplined execution, and long-term value creation for clients, partners and communities.

Rob Stopps

General Manager

Rob's hands-on expertise spans two decades, the breadth of Australia, and every level of the construction process.

His experience in the residential home-building industry stretches down the east coast from Queensland to Victoria and across to Western Australia.

His deep understanding of the industry's operational demands allows him to drive efficiency, maintain quality, and deliver outstanding results for clients and stakeholders alike.

Rob’s leadership style is founded in collaboration and integrity—values that have earned far-reaching respect and led to the success of numerous residential projects nationwide.

Dani Conn

Acquisitions Manager

With a deep understanding of the industry across multiple sectors, Dani brings a warm, collaborative mindset that helps foster connection—with colleagues, clients, and communities alike.

Working for leading organisations including Lendlease, Delfin, Grosvenor, AVJennings, QUT, and Colliers, she has held key roles in valuation, development management, acquisitions, marketing, and sales and leasing.

Known for her dedication and integrity, Dani builds enduring, trust-based relationships that deliver meaningful and valuable outcomes.

Lucy Mills

Sales Manager

A graduate of Sacred Heart International School in Tokyo, Lucy's international upbringing, affable approach, and willingness to assist with anything, anytime, contribute to her success as Sales Manager with Tribeca.

With over 25-years in the real estate and building industry, Lucy holds Real Estate Sales Principal licenses in three states and is highly skilled in sales, real estate transactions, property investment, and contract negotiation.

Since joining the Tribeca team in 2012, Lucy has added value to every client relationship through experience, consistency, and dedication.

Brad Kiely

Estimating & Procurement Manager

With 30 years’ experience in Queensland’s construction industry, Brad brings a well-rounded blend of hands-on technical expertise and strategic leadership.

Beginning his career as a carpenter, Brad has worked extensively in large-volume construction, responsible for estimating, sourcing materials, and managing procurement processes for high-scale, high-turnover residential builds. His ability to think on his feet while managing complex, high-pressure environments enables him to make informed decisions and deliver smarter solutions.

In his role with Tribeca, Brad has developed strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, leveraging these partnerships to optimise pricing, maintain quality, and streamline delivery schedules to ensure the success of every project.

Fiona

General Manager Finance

After initially consulting to bring the financial and treasury reporting functions in-house, Fiona joined Tribeca’s Finance Department as General Manager in 2016.

A qualified CPA, she brings to the team more than 25 years’ experience in management and corporate accounting, including working for an ASX Top 200 development company as their National Commercial Manager for Residential Communities across a portfolio of apartments and master-planned communities along the eastern states.
