We’re pleased to share our latest spec home, the Luminaire, in Gilead, NSW.

This build is part of a broader push for Tribeca Homes. Over the past 12 months we’ve completed around 30 homes through our spec home programme (what we call our ‘built form’ product) — where we acquire and settle the land, design the home for that specific market, then build and sell it — with strong uptake from owner-occupiers. We currently have 15 homes under construction and a further 15 in preconstruction, putting us on track to deliver another 30-plus homes over the next year.

Built form homes are now underway or completed across Brisbane, Sydney, Gympie, Maryborough and Hervey Bay, and we’ve just started construction on our first built form home in Bundaberg with more to come in Toowoomba and Gleneagle.

House & land packages remain our core offering, but the built form product is opening up new customer channels and keeping us close to how buyer needs are evolving.
